Our Story

I’m Evelyn F.  Derderian, a governance strategist, entrepreneur, and storyteller with a career that bridges law, culture, and creativity. My path has taken me from building a six-figure fitness business and scaling boutique studios, to founding The Flourished Edit and @SFLondoner, platforms recognised by Apple, Cuyana, and Visit Bristol. In fintech, I led the turnaround of Homeppl’s Guarantid product — achieving a 0% rent default rate, preventing £37k+ in losses, and contributing to a 41% EBIT margin. Alongside my ventures, I’ve volunteered in housing law, NHS governance, and education rights, driven by a commitment to equity and systemic resilience. I bring an Anglo-Californian perspective — blending British refinement with West Coast optimism — and believe governance isn’t bureaucracy, but design: the framework that allows people, ventures, and ideas to flourish.
